Practitioners of Tai Chi gathered at Sullivan's Pond in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia to acknowledge World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day. The weather was cooperative, although a bit cool. Those participating demonstrated 2 forms of Qi Gong, Simplified Tai Chi Form, Yang Style Long Form, Tai Chi Fan, Tai Chi Sword, Yang Style Sabre, and Pushing Hands.
