1. To develop self-defence and wellness systems on the basis of traditional Tai Chi and Chi Kung teaching principles which are adapted to current conditions and best meet the needs of the contemporary European.

2. To solve the problems related to the occupation of young people and active ageing by integrating Tai Chi exercises and the systems of ‘Mild Self-Defence’ and ‘Wellness at Mature Age’.

3. To seek for true understanding of martial arts through daily practice and learning.

4. To advocate activities in open spaces all year round by including special warm-up and immune system strengthening activities into them.

5. To contribute by my activities to the implementation of the programme ‘Sports for Everybody’ of the Physical Education and Sports Department of Lithuania.

6. To respect and foster martial arts which develop the spiritual, physical and creative potential in humans without making any physical damage.

7. To develop the idea of movement culture and public exercising by participating in the activities of the International Tai Chi chuan and Chi Kung Association and introducing new meaningful forms of leisure to the society.
