Tomorrow is World Tai Chi and Qigong Day. It’s a day dedicated to world peace and healing the planet. People across the world in thousands of cities and 65 countries will be practicing these ancient meditative exercises at the same time. I’ll be one of them. Though I’ve fallen off with my Qigong practice, it’s time to get back to it. When I do Qigong – even 10 minutes a day – I no longer have knee pain. Or shoulder pain. I sleep better. I don’t get colds.
